I'm a lover of trees, bees, and summer sunsets. I'm so grateful for the life I share with my husband and family on the West Coast of BC, Canada.

I love creating yummy meals, that make guests say, "No way, this is vegan?"

Yes, my middle and last name are the same. How writingly awesome is that?

I'm also a speaker, holistic health practitioner, and ADHD Thrive Coach. I love helping ADHD kids claim their neuro-brilliance and live their best life (without meds).

What kind of books do you enjoy writing the most?

I've written a lot of self-help material for my ADHD THRIVE clients but storytelling is where my heart is happiest.

I have 3 self-published children's picture books and 47 more already written, living inside my computer demanding to be set free! They're a noisy bunch!

I have a YA novel ready to publish and a few others in the works, including a memoir I'm working on (it turns out I've had a wild and unusual life!)

Did you have a favourite book as a child?

I did! It was Margureite Henry's, 'Mustang, Wild Spirit of the West'.

That book about Wild Horse Annie, transformed my life! I knew in that moment that I wanted to be an author and change kids lives, the way she changed mine.

My books are available as print on demand on the major platforms like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.

You can also purchase them as e-books if you want to save the life of a tree (that's a cause that's dear to my heart).

I'm looking into audiobook format for those who prefer to listen.
